Are your prints Giclee prints?

Yes, they are. Printed with UV-stable, 100-year fade-resistant ink on archival-grade paper or canvas (pH-neutral and acid-free).

Are there originals available?

Yes, originals are available; contact sarapalaciosart@gmail.com. 

Are the dimensions listed on the products in inches or centimeters?

Inches.

I don't see the size I want. Do you print custom sizes?

Yes, we do. We can go up to 36” x 48” and, in some images, 48” x 60”. Please email your dimensions to sarapalaciosart@gmail.com  

What is your refund policy?

Due to the personalized nature of our offerings, we accept returns for store credit only, and orders can be canceled only within the first 12 hours after placement.  Please take a moment to read our return/refund policy here.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Unframed prints: 3-7 days to produce and ship your artwork. Frames: It can take anywhere from 10-15 business days to produce and ship your work of art.  From there, it can take another 5-7 days to arrive at your door.
